WorkSafely offers a variety of safety training that supports the COR® program. Training can be tailored to individual company needs and delivered in-class or at the company’s site.

Gain a practical, how-to overview of the entire training function. Through modeling of the best practices and latest techniques in training delivery, discover the 4Ps of training: Purpose & Assessment, Planning & Preparation, Presentation & Facilitation, and Performance & Evaluation. New trainers will gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned trainers will be introduced to new approaches for delivering powerful training.

Participants will be educated in the legal, safety, and functional requirements of setting up and coordinating traffic control measures. Both practical and theoretical methods will be utilized by the students in an attempt to standardize practices across Manitoba. Participants will understand the roles and responsibilities of a Traffic Control Coordinator, as well as review applicable regulations and standards.
*Flagperson training is a prerequisite.
