The results of incident investigations can provide a basis for determining the likelihood of recurrence and for assessing potential severity. Such investigations also provide valuable information to assist in the development of effective controls to prevent future incidents.
Participants will learn how to conduct an incident investigation, understand the immediate and root causes of incidents, as well as how to complete incident reports.
This course focuses on the investigation process, and how the collected information may be used to explain what happened.
