As times have changed, we have gotten better at recognizing and responding to workplace harassment, but unfortunately, many kinds of harassment still occur in offices around Canada. Harassment can have serious health and financial consequences for both people and organizations. Managers are responsible for helping to prevent workplace harassment and ensuring that theirs and their workers behavior is respectful and appropriate at work.
