WORKSAFELY® is offering live, web-based training (Zoom) as well as in-class training (3-1680 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, MB). We are prepared to deliver needed training on-site in your workplace provided appropriate precautions are taken to minimize the risks COVID-19 presents.

8:30 am: Incident Investigations – Cost: $84.00 – WCB Rate Code 407/408 or MHCA Members An incident investigation system is one of the primary tools for identifying preventative solutions after an incident has occurred. The results of incident investigations can provide a basis for determining the likelihood of recurrence and for assessing potential severity. Such investigations also provide valuable information to assist in the development of effective controls to prevent future incidents. Participants will learn how to conduct an incident investigation, understand the immediate and root causes of incidents, as well as how to complete incident reports. This course focuses on the investigation process, and how the collected information may be used to explain what happened. Please note that prepayment is required for all training.
